End of the week (March 30th-April 3rd)

This week has been good; it’s been very productive and gone by fast. We are still dealing with the COVID-19. It is very important that everyone stays safe at home. DO NOT go out unless you have an emergency. Remember to eat healthy, drink your vitamins and exercise your mind and body. This will help your inmune system and your mind health.

There are many things that we can do at home while in lockdown. We can clean, exercise, meditate, cook, read, play, study, and many other things. We need to look at the positive side of this situation. Let’s not be selfish and, for example, think about the wellness that the environment is going through right now because it is not receiving the chemicals that it used to before the lockdown. This is happening because the use of cars, boats, trains, airplanes, and helicopters went down.
